Adoration
“Won’t you spend an hour with Me?"
Perpetual Adoration began at St. Matthew in January of 1987 and has been flourishing ever since. Because Jesus is present in the Blessed Sacrament in the most intimate and personal way, His grace and mercy overflow when His children spend time in prayer and worship before Him. Jesus invites everyone to enter into His presence and deepen their relationship with Him through Perpetual Adoration in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Perpetual Adoration is the practice of uninterrupted worship of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. The Blessed Sacrament is reposed while the Eucharistic Celebration (Mass) is being celebrated. We are always in need of more persons to take an hour shift of adoration. Please consider offering one hour a week in prayer.

Divine Mercy Chaplet
Jesus, I trust in You!
Praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy is a glorious way to enter into the abundant Mercy of God. It only takes a few minutes and can easily be prayed almost anywhere. Using a rosary, follow the guide to offer this wonderful prayer. English Prayer Group
"Prayer is the raising of one's mind and heart to God or the requesting of good things from God." But when we pray, do we speak from the height of our pride and will, or "out of the depths" of a humble and contrite heart? He who humbles himself will be exalted; humility is the foundation of prayer, Only when we humbly acknowledge that "we do not know how to pray as we ought," are we ready to receive freely the gift of prayer. Grupo de Oración en Español
La oración es la elevación del alma a Dios o la petición a Dios de bienes convenientes”. ¿Desde dónde hablamos cuando oramos? ¿Desde la altura de nuestro orgullo y de nuestra propia voluntad, o desde “lo más profundo” de un corazón humilde y contrito? Este grupo se reune cada lunes a las 7:30 pm en la Capilla de Adoración Perpetua. Este grupo esta dirigido por diaconos de nuestra parroquia e incluye lecturas de la biblia, oraciones y momentos de silencio en adoracion al Señor. -

Our Lady Queen of Peace Rosary every morning after the 8:15 am Mass. The rosary is held in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
