Week 7

The construction phase of the build was completed. The woodwork received another coat of paint. The door hardware was installed. The windows were cleaned. The fence fabric was hung.

Week 6

All the inside doors were hung.  The bathroom cabinets and the rest of the baseboards were installed.  The inside trim work was painted. The kitchen counter tops were installed.  The fence posts were set.  The electrician put in the ceiling fans and the light fixtures.

Week 5

The inside of the house was primed and painted. All the flooring was laid. The kitchen cabinets and closet shelving were installed. Some of the baseboards were nailed into place. The porch package was finished.

Week 4

The outside of the house is complete. The porch package was installed. The storage shed was assembled and painted. The baseboards were painted. The contractors ran the electrical lines, installed the insulation, and hung the sheetrock
